Robots feature in Lancashire Life

This is a very prestigious magazine and all members of Bolton Baseball Club are excited for the opportunity to be in this magazine. Martin Bell made a surprise return the Robots of Doom line up on Sunday June 13 against the Manchester Torrent. Many R.O.D members where surprised to see him at the field in full uniform ad game ready. In his first game in over a year Martin showed he still has what it takes, hitting the ball hard and pitching 4 shut out innings of baseball. While its only a short return for Belly the Robots are happy to have him back in action.

Bolton Baseball Club is happy to announce that they have received a grant from Provincial House Insurance Trust. The grant will be used towards a new dug-out at the baseball field. This is the second grant the club has received from Provincial House and the club would like to thank Ms Riley for her continued support.

Bolton Baseball Club is proud to announce it has received a variety of sports nominations for Bolton Sports Awards. The club is nominated for sports club of the year, Dave Clugston and Matthew Norburn are nominated for coach of the year. Team MVP and GB player Zak O’boyle is nominated for Young Achiever of the year and Dom Clarke is up for volunteer of the year. This is a big event for all Bolton sports clubs and all R.O.D nominees are well deserving of the honour.
